CONGREGATIONAL FUNDS

     General Operating Fund..........to support general operating expenses

     Marvin and Sarah Rosenbaum Kiddush Fund...................helps to subsidize community Kiddushim

     Yahrzeit Fund.......................in memory of loved ones, for general operating purposes

     Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund.......provides the Rabbi with funds to assist individuals & community projects

     Fowers for the bimah.............sponsorship cost is $100

HUMANITARIAN FUNDS

     Hesed Fund.............provide meals for individuals and families during illness, bereavement and other times of need

     Soup Kitchen Fund....used to purchase food for the Norwalk Soup Kitchen

     Tzedekah Fund........used to benefit the needy in the synagogue and the greater community

 RITUAL FUNDS

      Prayer Book Fund.......... provides for new prayer books and chumashim and for repairs as needed

     Torah Fund................... provides funds for Torah repair, Ark repair, and ritual items

 CULTURAL ARTS FUND

      Paul Singer Memorial Fund....provides funds for the Artist in Residence program

 EDUCATION, SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS, YOUTH FUNDS 

     Kadden B’nei Mitzvah Fund...........provides funds to help subsidize B’nei Mitzvah tutoring

     Leo Nevas Fund........................ provides support for special funding needs for the Navasky School

     Navasky School Fund..................to supplement Jewish Education and cultural experiences for our school age children

     Nitzan School Fund......................to enhance Jewish Education & cultural experiences for our toddlers & pre-schoolers

     The Stulman Family Youth Fund.....supports the development of our youth programs

     College Connection Fund...............provides Holiday packages to students away at college

     ArnoldHeydt Fund.......................annual award to a student who demonstrates the greatest religious achievement

     Phyllis Wolf Camp Ramah Fund......provides for scholarships to be used for Camp Ramah

     Scholarship Fund........................scholarships to Camp Ramah, USY Encampments, kinnusim & Israel pilgrimages

    Sid Birnbaum Award.................. annual award granted for support by a volunteer to the religious school

     Stephen Vogel Award................awarded by the Rabbi to students of the religious school and USY who show leadership potential
