This year, Pesach 5785/2025, the sale of Chametz will take place the morning of Friday,  April 11th.  Chametz that will be used after the sale takes effect, including on Friday and Shabbat are not covered by this sale.  All Chametz not included in the sale should be eaten before 10:43am on Shabbat. Whatever is not eaten must be removed from the home by 11:50am Shabbat morning. It may be destroyed on Shabbat by flushing down a toilet or throwing it into a public garbage.

Please return the form below to the Beth El office no later than 9:30am on Friday, April 11th. The sale will take place that morning. If you have not authorized a sale by that time, Jewish law requires that you dispose of all chametz by giving it away or destroying it.
